Christian and Ana are finally wed and the book starts off with them on their honeymoon! Ana recalls past events (mostly of their wedding) and her and Christian are madly in love, but still face issues especially when it comes to Christian. Another spicy conflict is added to the scene that poses danger to Ana, Christian, and the whole Grey family as well as a personal conflict between the couple that might tear them apart or bring them closer! Will Christian be able to fully commit to Ana and free himself of his demons, or will he be stuck with his past forever!! You'll have to find out on your own!
This blog will discuss all of the books I have read, or want to read. As well as movies and tv shows that I watch and love!!

Fifty Shades Freed
Fifty Shades Freed is the last book in the Fifty Shades Trilogy. It is really tough for me to say which one of these is my favorite! I would have to say the first is my favorite just because I love the thrill of the chase in a romance. Fift Shades Freed would be my 2nd favortie b/c it has so much more action than the other ones which was very unexpected and you just can't put the book down! Now for a little recap of the 3rd book:

One of the greatest things about this last book though, however, is an extra blurb at the end about Christian. It tells us a little about his life as a child with the Greys as well as his perspective of when he first met Ana during their interview. This was my absolute favorite part of the whole book! Whenever I am reading I am wondering just what is going through that crazy mind of Christian and E.L. James finally gives us a look at it! However, it is very brief :( I hope that E.L. James will write more books from the perspective of Christian b/c I am so curious of him and what goes on inside his mind!!!) Don't miss the Fifty Shades Trilogy and please check out the last couple of blurbs as well as the epilogue which reveals the future for And and Christian!

The Postcard Killers
This book was a little strange I have got to say. I was expecting a murder case type book, but I got a lot more than just that. It was definitely entertaining, but different for sure.
The premise of the book is about a couple who is going from city to city and murdering couples. A man from the U.S. has been fixated on this case b/c his daughter and her husband were killed by them on their honeymoon in Europe. He will do eveything he can to find these killers and ends up meeting a journalist who is receiving postcards from these killers about where they have been and such. They spend a lot of time together and work as a team to try and figure out this case.
This is a different story with erotic aspects as well as romance thrown in. It is also written from the persepctive of two people which can get a little confusing at times, but is really a great idea for writing. I often times find myself while I am reading other books wanting to know what the other character is feeling and thinking, but only get the perspective of the main character, so it was nice getting both persepctives.
I don't know if I would fully reccoment this book, but some of you might find this intriguing and go out and read it!

The Confession and Theodore Boone: the Accused
So, my husband and I did A LOT of traveling over the holidays this year (like over 3,000 miles a lot!!) so we decided to get some more books on CD from cracker barrel and I am so glad that we did, b/c it made our trip go by so much faster! There is only so much you can talk about after 13 hours of driving and the music on the radio tends to be on repeat after an hour of listening!!
The first book that we "read" was The Confession. This was a good book, but it was very long! It was about 13.5 hours long and it took two trips to finish it. With that being said, however, it was a great book. John Grisham is a great writer who knows his stuff about legal matters and law. He specializes in court cases and what not, and he really knows how to keep you intrigued with weird cases and odd details that you can't help but keep reading (or listening in our case) until the end to find out what the verdict is! This book specifically is about a man who comes to a pastor with a confession about how he raped and killed a woman 9 years ago. The clincher to this is that there is a different man who was accused of the crime and is now on death row. He feels guilty for what he did so he confides in the pastor and they go through a lot of trouble and heartache to try and find the truth to save the man on death row. It is very exciting and has a lot of weird twists throughout so if you have a weak stomache, I would steer clear of this one!The Confession
is a great read for those who like mystery, action, and criminal justice!
The other book that we "read" was another John Grisham book. I guess you could say we were on a Grisham kick for some reason! This one was called Theodore Boone: The Accused
. This one was much shorter at about 5.5 hours. This was a great read and much easier than the first one we read. It took us back to our childhood of riding bikes everywhere and having conflits with classmates etc. Theodore Boone: The Accused
is about a boy who is framed by someone in his school for stealing electronic devices. He did not commit the crime, but all of the evidence leads to him. Both of his parents are lawyers, and he has a passion for solving cases as well and tries so hard to solve this case. It is a great story of perserverance and justice once again and John Grisham really knows how to keep you intrigued and wanting more, and it was refreshing to hear about a young child rather than adult cases that are a bit more gory and detailed.
I have to give my father and mother in law credit for these picks b/c they are both huge John Grisham fans. I think they have both read all of his books, and my mom just recently added a new series by him to her school library that is targeted for a younger generation. They have recommended him to us multiple times and we decided to take their advice and I am so glad we did. I hope you guys will check these books out!!
